Shipping Policy

1. At Ethniq.net , we take great care in delivering your products to you, and we partner only with reputed national couriers. Shipping within India is FREE for all orders above Rs. 2000. For orders below that, we charge a flat Rs. 150 shipping fee.

2. Because each craftsman and artisan's process is unique, shipping times may vary. Look for shipping info on the product page for individual shipping times.

3. Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday through Saturday: 9am to 7pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.

4. As soon as your package ships, we will email you your package tracking information.

 

Cancellations

We will be able to accept order change or cancellation requests any time before we ship your order. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the shipment is out of our warehouse for delivery.

 

International Shipping

Ethniq Accessories will  deliver its products to different countries  worldwide. Shipping costs and duty incurred differ from country to country. These are calculated automatically at the checkout page when both the destination and delivery service are selected.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48hrs. Estimated delivery timings are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

Our carriers deliver during normal business working hours and may require a signature on receipt, so we suggest your order is delivered to an address where someone will be available to accept it.

If you are not in when your parcel arrives, the carrier will leave a card telling you where it is. It might be left in a safe place or there will be details on how to pick up your order or rearrange delivery.

Please be advised that on any public holiday dates in your country, deliveries will not be made. In this instance, please expect your order to arrive the next business day.

You are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.Ethniq Accessories  cannot be held liable for any import duties payable on orders made and recommends that all customers make themselves aware of such local charges before ordering on Ethniq .net .Ethniq Accessories  can also not be held liable if local customs officials decide to hold or confiscate the items for any reason.

Customers in India can avail of free shipping.

Indian VAT charges will be applied to orders dispatched within India which is inclusive in our prices.

Insurance

Ethniq.net  insures each purchase during the time it of transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for the purchased items passes to you.

If you have specified a recipient who is not you, for delivery purposes (for example as a gift), then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Eh and traniq.net nsfer of responsibility in the same way.

Payment MethodsCurrently we do not accept 'Cash on Delivery'. Credit Card/Net Banking/Cash Cards/Cashin Advance payment methods are accepted.

Cancellation Policy: Orders placed from our shop cannot be cancelled once placed.

Return Policy: If you are returning the product, please take a note that some small irregularities in pattern, weaving, color, design etc signifies these are handcrafted products and therefore are truely unique in nature. These are not machine crafted products and therefore we would appreciate if you can consider that before returning any product. Inspite of this, if you still want to return, we have a very friendly return policy. Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. Please see below for more details regarding this.

We follow 'No Returns Policy' except in following conditions:

1. Product was damaged or had defects

2. Wrong product was shipped

Further conditions for return:

a. All items must have the original security tag and label and must be returned in the same conditions as delivered by the Company. Any item returned showing signs of wear or tear, altered, resized (by anyone / entity other than the Company) or damaged in any other manner shall not be accepted for return.

b. All requests for return of product have to be placed within Seven (7) days from the date of delivery. No return requests will be processed after Seven (7) days from receipt of item(s).

c. To return an item, please email to [email protected] and you will get instructions for return from us.

d. The product to be returned has to be neatly packed in a box in which it came with and sent to

Ethniq  Addresss.

o and from address clearly written on the box.

e. For the return shipping cost, the customer will get a Rs.100 store voucher which can be used on Ethiniq.net for future purchases.

f. If we do not replace/ship the right product within 7 days of the receipt of the return, Customer can request for a refund into his bank/credit card.

Refunds for goods not dispatched: If we fail to deliver product within 14 working days, Customer can request for a refund into his bank/credit card.
